아침에는 비가 엄청 오더니만.
저녁때는 비가 분무기로 물뿌리는거 같네요.

사방이 물안개로 뿌옇네요

2018년 7월부터 한달 300,000보 걷기 운동을 계획 했었습니다.

2019 년도를 맞이하여 (실제로는 음력으로..) 이제는 운동과 병행해서 음식 조절을 통해서
10Kg 감량을 목표로 합니다.
2019년 연말까지 건강한 모습을 기대해 봅니다.
