2018년 7월부터 한달 300,000보 걷기 운동을 계획 했었습니다.
2019 년도를 맞이하여 (실제로는 음력으로..) 이제는 운동과 병행해서 음식 조절을 통해서
10Kg 감량을 목표로 합니다.
2019년 연말까지 건강한 모습을 기대해 봅니다.

아낌없이 주는 나무 보팅하였습니다~!
기존에 시행하던 아낌없이 주는 나무와 새롭게 개선한
아낌없이 주는 나무 2.0 프로젝트는 제 rc사정상 같이 진행하기는 많이 어려울 것으로 판단하여 기존 태그보팅은 4월 7일부터 종료하고자 합니다:)
대신 보상이 3배이상 많아졌고 홍보도 할수있는 아낌없이 주는 나무 2.0 참여를 부탁드리겠습니다 ㅎㅎ
