今天外出參加美食節，走了一個早上，回到家裡後，發覺竟然只有四千六百步@_@！！

不是嗎。。。這麼少。

還差那一點點，最後用了手搖，完成至五千步。

現時，Actifit 也為減少水帖，將帖內文字定在一百字。老實說，若于寫經歷，真的很難水一百字出來。
