De volta a praia + Actifit - 30 de março - 2019
Depois de 2 dias pelo interior da Ilha, voltei a rotina de zanzar pela beira do mar.
Por mais que rotinas sejam as vezes cansativas, caminhar pela praia, pelo menos para mim, continua sendo infinitamente mais prazeroso que pela cidade.
Não é necessário usar tênis ou sapato, você caminha muito mais relaxado deixando os olhos descansarem na amplidão dos horizontes. Sentindo o calor do solo macio na sola dos pés ou o frescor da água e da areia molhada da beira.
Tem também o vento sempre soprando contra o corpo e o barulho das ondas quebrando. Todo este conjunto repleto de azul e serenidade tem um caráter digamos terapêutico e anti-stress.
O tempo parece transcorrer em outra dimensão, os pensamentos vem e vão no cérebro, mas predominam as boas ideias, e quando você se dá conta, já caminhou 10 mil passos sem nem perceber.
