Mar Clássico + Actifit - 28/02/19
O mar estava clássico. Mas aqui em frente de casa as ondas estavam um pouco gordas. Depois de meia hora na água resolvi de improviso andar 5 km até o canto esquerdo da praia.
Neste pico a ondulação quebra bem mais tubular, propícias para a prática do Bodysurfe. Não deu outra, estava o ouro e lavei a alma.
Só exagerei e fiquei 3 horas no mar, quando me dei conta já eram 10 da manhã e o sol muito forte. Os 5 km do caminho de volta me deixaram com o rosto ligeiramente avermelhado.
Nesta aventura matinal não levei o celular, por isto ainda tive que fazer os 10 mil passos do Actifit agora ao cair da tarde. Foi um dia bem desgastante fisicamente, mas eu não poderia estar me sentindo melhor.
