Active was today's workout. It was a total body dumbbell workout for about 20 minutes. I upper the weights to 30 and 15 lb. dumbbells. Overall it was a great pump! This chick is brutal with her shoulders. Wow!

Anyways, I also went to play basketball and some scootering with my son. Afterwards, he helped me trellis the grapes in the back yard.
