My Actifit Report Card: February 22 2019
Another week down and I'm continuing toward my fitness goals. I reflected back and realized I haven't been eating as well as I could have been this week. I did boost my steps this week, a significant amount, but my diet hasn't been so great.
I'm going to clean up my diet and get back on track. I was able to do my walk during lunch. I followed that up with a stretching and Pilates routine. Not to often I do that, but my back, knees, and hops always feel better afterwards.
I played with the kids for a few hours and topped off my step count for the night. Such a great way to end the night.
Anyways, have a great weekend folks. Keep hitting those steps. 10k a day in 2019!!!

Playing is a great way to get steps. When your kids are grown they will remember that you spent time playing with them.
