My Actifit Report Card: February 19 2019
Wow, what a day!
Yesterday, I had my first cup of coffee in 2 months. Not thinking, I drank it in the evening. I ended up staying up until 1 am. Then I woke up at 3am and started my day. Needless to say, I'm exhausted now and gonna keep this one short.
I did my normal lunch break walk with my co workers, are a sensible lunch, and knocked out an abdominal workout today from my Home Workout Pro app. Pretty good workout, but it was a little short.
Now, putting the kids down for bed and calling it a night myself.

Solid work today my friend. Coffee in the evening is definitely a dangerous move though. If I have coffee after 5pm I have trouble sleeping. Glad you were able to make the most of it though
