My Actifit Report Card: February 16 2019
Good evening folks!
I'm a little late. It's been a hectic day today. I been running around trying to give the wife a break from the kids. My son's terrible 2's have been in full gear the last few days.
Anyways, I did some grocery shopping, clothing shopping and stopped by #See's Candies for a treat with the kids.
This evening a did a cardio aerobics workout at home for about 16 minutes.
I didn't eat a great diet today, it was completely blown out of the water with snacks and sweets.
It's not to bad I guess every now and then right?
Anyways, it's supposed to snow tomorrow. Let's see. I'm not holding my breath as we rarely get snow here, but if we do, I may take a break from working out to go play in the snow. Who knows?
