5km cycle to work. 1h 15m Crossfit - warm-up Spiderman crawl, calm row + all out row 5m. Then amrap 8m - 40 cal row buy in then 4 power cleans @ 70% max, 6 box jump overs,8 push ups. 3 mins rest then amrap 8 mins - 12 cal row, 8 wallballs, 8 American swings 24 kg. Dead. 😁 Filled out by daily activity.
