My Actifit Report Card: May 15 2019
Wednesday is rest day for me, yesterdays workout was great 🏋🏻♂️ and all my steps today come from work, daily chores and shopping.
Currently I'm just playing some games at the computer, I also thought a bit about stuff to post and came up with an idea.
I'll give you guys a little hint, it will be a crypto related tutorial, so stay tuned for that.
Maybe I'll do a little Yoga session later before bed, I feel a bit stiff and could use some relaxation.
Especially Yin Yoga feels great, it's one of my favorites and really helps with little aches here and there.
That should get me ready for the next workout session tomorrow.
