오늘도 운동하기 위해 아침 일찍 집을 나섰습니다.
중세 루부르 지하 해자 입니다.
점심에 집 근처 회사원들이 자주 가는 카페테리아에서 꾸스꾸스(Couscous) 로 점심식사했어요.
오후에 칼로리를 불태우기 위해 수영장까지 뛰어가고 수영장에서는 자유형과 평형으로 500 m 수영하고 왔습니다.
