Back to cycling!
Finally, after a 3 week's break due to extra workload... back to cycling to work! And my timings haven't been affected at all! I set an objective to try and make the ride to work in less than 40 minutes. It took me more than 50 in my first rides. And now...
Only 3 and a half minutes short of reaching that goal! All the other sports are helping in improving the overall shape for sure, and riding with this view helps:
The only obstacle now in these warm days... is to resist to make a pause and go for a swim! 😂
so close to your goal thats impressive after a break and I can see why it would be so tempting to take a break for a swim
Maybe easier in the winter when its colder! Easier to cycle, and no temptations 😉
I guess that would be easier as long as your winters arent to harsh
