Up a notch, down a notch
Running time! And it's been a long time since I went out on a run with only tshirt and shorts; weather is getting warmer!
But in a very tight schedule, so a different training today: interval training! Around 35 minutes:
- 5 minutes warm up at regular pace
- alternating between 1 minute high speed pace and 2 minutes normal pace
- 5 minutes cool down, normal pace
I definitely should do this more often, it really helps up improving running speed! And since I was short on time, it's a great way to workout when you can't do a long training session!
