Night running mode on
Today I traded the gym session for a running session. And the days being shorter means that by the time I get home there's only one option... night run!
I actually was amazed by the amount of people running and cycling in the promenade where I usually run. Objectives for 2019: improve my pace! In this run I averaged 6:25min/km... turtle pace! Will strive to go below 6 min/km again.
