Un po di sana attività, battuta di pesca e passeggiata sulla spiaggia, poi pranzo, nel pomeriggio corsetta sul lungomare, giro in bicicletta, aria di mare, sole e tanto relax. Il bello dei pomeriggi d'estate. Auguro a tutti buone vacanze e soprattutto tanto tanto fitness.
