My Actifit Report Card: February 18 2019
Today I went to my spin class as usual, but we had a full room. There were 10 ladies spinning this morning. It was still a rough ride.
Back home I got ready to go visit a sick friend in the hospital. She had a stroke but is doing better now. She is being transferred to a rehabilitation center for a couple of months. We are all praying for her speedy recovery.
I did a little grocery shopping after the hospital visit.
Back home I made a paleo peach cobbler and some paleo ice cream. All was very good.
