My Actifit Report Card: December 11 2019
The heat is coming through these latitudes and with it come the desire to go for a walk, the desire to enjoy the warm nights and that feels in the mood of the people.
Today we share a nice family walk on the beach. While the summer season has not yet begun, people already notice on the beach even on weekdays.
Beautiful mountain is ideal for long walks since the breadth of its beaches makes there room for everyone.
When it comes to physical activity it is always important to find places where we enjoy, places that transmit their energy. That's why every time I can choose the sea to go to spend the day and why not do a nice barefoot walk with your feet in the water.

Va llegando el calor por estas latitudes y con el llegan las ganas de salir a caminar, las ganas de disfrutar las cálidas noches y eso se siente en el ánimo de la gente.
El día de hoy compartimos una linda caminata en familia en la playa. Si bien la temporada de verano aún no ha comenzado ya se nota la gente en la playa incluso en días de semana.
Monte hermoso es ideal para largas caminatas ya que la amplitud de sus playas hace que haya lugar para todos.
A la hora de hacer actividad física siempre es importante buacar lugares en los cuales disfrutemos, lugares que nos transmitan su energía. Por ello cada vez que puedo elijo el mar para ir a pasar el día y porque no hacer una linda caminata descalso con los pies dentro del agua.
