My Actifit Report Card: September 11 2019

Good night friends!! How are you?

I very happy after reading one of the comments left by one of the moderators of my last post Actifit It is very stimulating to read that the effort and dedication that I put into creating my posts is valued.

I tell you that today was not very profitable for physical activity because until sunset we had rains. Upon returning home around 8 pm. As my little girl was at home all day I asked her if she wanted to go to the square that is a few blocks away for a while and was excited about the idea.

We walked 15 streets to the square and once there he was excited about the health circuit, so he jumped from one machine to another doing exercises. I think the confinement of today was noticed because it was seen with a lot of energy contained.

Hopefully tonight sleep like a silk after such a deployment. My legs hurt from following her. We weren't very long because we had to go home for dinner and prepare things for tomorrow to go to school and I to work.

As of tomorrow the temperature begins to rise until 21º C which is very good news after so cold. I hope to take advantage of the weekend to be able to do some beautiful walks in the heat of the sun.

Yo muy feliz después de leer uno de los comentarios que dejó en mi último posteo uno de los moderadores de
Actifit. Es muy estimulante leer que el esfuerzo y dedicación que ponfo en la creación de mis posteos es valorado.

Les cuento que el día de hoy no fue muy aprovechable para hacer actividad física porque hasta la puesta del sol tuvimos lluvias.

Al regresar a casa cerca de las 20 hs. como mi pequeña estuvo todo el día en casa le pregunté si quería ir un rato a la plaza que está a unas pocas cuadras y se entusiasmo con la idea.

Caminamos 15 cuadras hasta la plaza y una vez allí se entusiasmo con el circuito de salud, asique saltó de una máquina a otra haciendo ejercicios. Creo que se noto el encierro del día de hoy porque se la veía con mucha energía contenida. Esperemos que esta noche duerma como una seda despues de semejante despliegue. A mi me quedaron doliendo las piernas de seguirla.

No estuvimos mucho tiempo porque debíamos regresar a casa para cenar y preparar las cosas para mañana ir a la escuela y yo al trabajo.

A partir de mañana comienza a subir la temperatura hasta los 21º C lo cual es muy buena noticia después de tanto frío.

Espero poder aprovechar el fin de semana para poder hacer unas lindas caminatas al calor del sol.
