My Actifit Report Card: August 30 2019
Today I left my house with the firm intention of jogging about 30/40 minutes. Unfortunately, the trot was only in the intension, since I felt very heavy feet, as if I had bricks in the sole of the shoes. In spite of that I decided to walk a few kilometers to try to loosen up and take advantage of the good weather and pleasant heat of the sun. When you arrive at a square, do some stretching exercises to try to loosen up a bit. I hope to be a little better tomorrow.
Hoy salí de mi casa con la firme intensión de salir a trotar unos 30/40 minutos.
Lamenteblemente el trote quedo solo en la intensión, ya que sentía los pies muy pesados, como si tuviese ladrillos en las suela de las zapatillas.
A pesar de eso decidí caminar tranquilo unos kilómetros para tratar de aflojar y aprovechar el buen clima y agradable calor del sol.
Al llegar a una plaza realice algunos ejercicios de estiramiento para tratar de aflojarme un poco.
Espero poder estar un poco mejor el día de mañana.
