at first I thought it might be basil... but then i noticed the stems are too textured for that and it seems to have some tiny green fruits at the tips?!?
a better picture of the fruity part might have helped and I can also recommend the PlantNet app, it's surprising how good it is at picking the species from a picture on the spot.

I think the first word is Jamaican , so Jamaican jane. The jam bit got rubbed off perhaps. Could be a chilli bush ! Like the famous scotch bonnet which is a part of Carribbean cooking

good guess with "Jamaican", too... I couldn't make any sense of it at all.
