Testing Tannus Armour - MARC #326
Today I was so excited when my Tannus Armour protector arrived. Get them from the delivery office, clean my bike remove tires and start installing.
They were a little big for my tire's size and I had to cut them. Installation passes smoothly everything fit well and I have no patience to finish the work and go to cycling.
I finish work one hour earlier and with @vesytz and one other friend hit the road to Sarafovo.
Protectors work as they advertise. The pressure in tires is less than usual and riding is more smooth. the holes in the road are not felt as before. The shaking was reduced by at least 40%, not to say 50%. Here are one time laps of the half of today's track.
Also, small and medium thorns do not affect in any way. However, the board is 1.5 cm. The weight of the whole wheel was increase only with 120 gr. which is not a big deal for me. Better this than stop and fix flat tire which ruil all enjoy of riding.
Weather was cloudy and there was no cool sunset we went to the port for a while and then back to home.
