My Actifit Report Card: March 29 2019
My activities today were slightly different from yesterday’s. I was running late for work so I had to cut off my morning walk and took the bus instead. Made me lose 20 minutes from my regular morning exercise!
However, during lunch time, I had some time to catch up. Walked up the mountain for 15 minutes and ran back for 10 minutes.
Although I have been trying cardio for a couple of weeks now, my running is pretty bad. I can’t seem to be able to run for more than 10 minutes tops. Very frustrating!
Rounded up my day by rewarding myself with a good ole Friday afternoon shopping trip. It wasn’t much but it added about 1000 steps to my daily total.
Not sure what the weekend will bring but I would like to make it to 15000 steps this time. I’ll see how I do.
