My Actifit Report Card: March 26 2019
Today was a little slow. I planned to go up the mountain one more time but having meetings literally from 9am - 5 pm made it a little challenging to get my steps in.
I was also forced to take the bus this morning because I was running late even though I woke up super early (4:19am). It’s a shame that the Actifit app cannot record my morning cardio because I play YouTube videos on my phone and place my phone on the floor while I follow on.
Tomorrow, I am hoping to do much better. I will try to leave my house early enough so that I can walk to work. I will also steal sometime from meetings to go up the mountain again.
Now, that’s it’s documented here, I have no excuse but to hold myself accountable come tomorrow.
