Woke up feeling all energized and was gonna go jogging when it occurred to me, it was Sunday and I had to prepare to go to church and while I was at it I felt like I already missed out as I wasn't sure I would feel the same way when am done with the mass, but to my surprise when it was evening I still felt energized and jogged round d estate....
