My Actifit Report Card: March 5 2019
There was not much work and activity for me to do in the office today because I was assign to go out for short maintenance course , and I did not spend most time in my place of work do to my course that I need to attend .
So I started my day with a lot of positivity I woke up and did my house chores and later went for a walkout as usual for a few minutes. And when I reached my place of work I was directed to go for a course which I did and spent most of the day attending to lectures.
And after the Lecture I went straight back to my house and did some few steps walkout and jogging just for some few minutes and went to take my bath and relaxed at home
