What personal information does Actifit keep or record?

The question is all in the headline. I'm interested in checking this app out as part of my 2019 Loseit campaign.

Anything that can help me gamify the the process the better. But I won't be adding anything to my phone that is recording GPS, IP, etc to help help in a database somewhere, or worse on the chain itself.

Any help on this would be great!
