My Actifit Report Card: March 19 2019

Another busy day all around as I continue leave things settle at the office before leaving for travel next week. I did get to the gym and the fastest thing to do was a 5K run on the treadmill! Still struggled to get over the goal in the evening but was purposeful in doing so before bed.
