My Actifit Report Card: January 7 2019
Today I wanted more sleep after a long weekend of being busy out and about so I did not wake up early for a workout. However, I was able to get to the gym around lunchtime where I did some treadmill sprint intervals for 40 minutes. I am trying to condition more intensely as I ramp up my workouts to start the year!
That's kind of cool thing that people are staying fit by contributing their bit through exercise into their overall health.
