My Actifit Report Card: November 11 2018
An relaxing weekend stroll alongside the new cycle path. It is built over an old industrial railway which was used for transporting coal. The landscape beside the path looks mysterious and overgrown and one would never guess how populated this area is. In between the forest you can find remnants of the railway.

And behind the forest are old and abandoned buildings which are in my opinion very photogenic.
The path leads up a small hill and suddenly the landscape opens up: I felt as if the sky was very near.
for all my #needlework friends: I wore a handmade sweater. But as so often I knitted it in a cheap acrylic wool....it was so sweaty - gag!!! I should stop to do this (planning on getting rich to only buy expensive wool :-D)
Ohhh, I feel you on how expensive wool is. I used to knit for the group afghans4Afghans (they would arrange with a hospital or school and post a list of things most needed; afghan blankets were always needed, but then you'd see, for example, requests for kid-sized clothing if they were bringing to a school or newborn stuff if they were bringing to a hospital, etc.). Anyway, they only accepted things made with wool. So during the last campaign, I was working on a blanket, and had a basket of real wool yarn separate from my other yarns ...and it got eaten by cloth moths! I was sooooo mad. I was yelling at the cloth moths that of all things for them to eat, it had to be expensive wool for charity?!
Oh gooood!!!! I would have been devasteted and perhaps in tears. This is so aggravating. Not only the money, but also the destroyed work and this while doing something nice and helpful for others. The moth around your flat are really crazy. I remember you wrote some time ago about another incident with these moth. We also have moth, but not with such big problems. For us it helped to put a fly screen in front of the window.
I directly get nervous and frightened for my wool, while writing this ... ahhhh moth.....
Thank you for your sympathy. <3 They ARE crazy here! I know it's not just me because I pet sit for neighbors sometimes, and they all have the moths, too. Once I even put diatomaceous earth all over my carpet to try and get rid of them! LOL
We do have fly screens on the windows, but they are little and get in anyway. @.@
