My Actifit Report Card: November 5 2018
Hi All Steemit members,
How you all doing.
Today I get up early. Since two days I am not going for morning walk. But today I went for morning walk and jogging.
From today I set a goal to reach minimum 30k. So that I can win the contest.
Spent around 2 hour in ground performing warm up exercise etc.
Later went to office and today I was assigned with field work. So full of body movement and physical activity.
Returned back home at around 6 PM and checked ACTIFIT APP it's showing 25k. After some time I again put on my sports shoes and performed rope skipping.
Finally reached 30k target.
