My Actifit Report Card: August 23 2019
Today I managed the 10K steps by deliberately taking a 20-minute detour on the walk back to the train station, and also by getting off the train at Central station and walking home from there. It might have saved me some time as the trains in the city were gridlocked tonight.
Tomorrow morning I’m intending to run about 22 kms, and am looking forward to listening to more of Josh Clark’s ’The end of the world’ podcast and some espresso and coconut water :-)
