My Actifit Report Card: July 23 2019
Today was a day of firsts - the first day back at school after the holidays and the first time running in my new running kicks:
I was actually at school yesterday for staff development day but today was the first day back for the students.
Also I’ve had the shoes for a couple of weeks now and I’ve been breaking them in around the house and on trips to the supermarket but today was my first time running in them. The shoes were great. They weren’t uncomfortable at all like my previous ones were when I first started running in them. I actually forgot I was wearing them when I first set off!
