My Actifit Report Card: July 7 2019steemCreated with Sketch.

What a lovely day it was today! As you can see from the photos I captured on our art-deco Sunday walk, the sky was very blue! The walk through the seedy back roads of Darlinghurst and Surry Hills was very enjoyable. We finished the walk at ‘Spice Alley’ in Central Park where we had some yummy Malaysian food, before walking back home. All in all we did about 12,000 steps walking.

Later I went out for a 5.3K run. According to my fitness tracking app, my 4th K was an all-time PB (2:52). Not sure how accurate that is, I certainly didn’t feel as though I was going that quickly.
