My Actifit Report Card: March 15 2019
This is my first visit to the gym after a gap of 7 months and my first post on actifit. I’m glad I started exercising again and will take time off to attend at least thrice a week. I did some jogging and brisk walking and few lats/ pectoral and stomach pull ups. Taking it easy on first day. Now off to Friday drinks.
