My Actifit Report Card: October 21 2019
It was a good day of activity for me, I got out on a walk for the first time in days because it finally stopped raining.. After my walk I did a 4.5 mile run in a respectable time and then I stopped to pet my neighbors horses 🐴, thats when I snapped the picture above 🐎😁
I had gotten an automaticwin but forgot to take a screenshot 🥺 oh well, next time for sure. After that it was a calisthenics workout and then gardening, that was basically my day.
