I had pulled my hamstring a week ago so today was the first day in over a week that I was able to get out and run because my hamstring was finally feeling better.
Stretching is incredibly important but easy to over do after you are finished with a run so be careful in your cool down stretch.
The run was easy but my lungs werent cooperating, prolly cuz i smoked some hash at 3am cuz i couldnt sleep.. lol, shit happens..
The rest of my steps came from daily activity..
