Is it the same with machine training and free running? I had no machine and I had to run away like that. Get some fresh air in the morning. Today I run about 2 miles. Run, walk, walk once.

Running and walking for health is better when the weather is cold. So I usually walk in the neighborhood in winter. But now the winter is almost gone. Too bad
Which is your country?
I mean just the winter in Myanmar, you know not very cold, I am a Burmese
