I will be getting in a lot more activity the next 100 day as I set myself another challenge to live as healthy as possible during that period. I’m starting off slow doing at least 10k steps on a daily basis the first 10 days while fully eating whole food plant based. I walked the extra distance today to start off good and easily reached 14k steps.
