You can reserve up to 5 Shares and a post will be made once they become available (all practical and technical info will be in there see example Level 13 available). For Level 15 this is when The account reaches 3609SP so we are close. Currently 44 out of 50 Shares have been reserved already (not sure if they will all be taken up so there might be more spots left)
So far the first year without any real promotion each level always sold out before it opened up. Many of the existing shareholders are reaching the amount of shares they aimed for by now which is the reason I started doing a bit of promotion spreading the word more to make sure the project continues to move forward.
