My Actifit Report Card: July 20 2019

It was very hot today, especially after leaving Melbourne last week. Most mornings it was raining and 9-12 degrees. Here so very hot. Usually when the temperature gets unbearable, I head to the mountains. This morning I watched the

fishermen go our for the morning catch as I jogged. Stopping now and then to take a photo. I took my 5 year old boy along as he asked to come even though we left the house at 5 AM.

Later we went to the mountains and did some climbing.
