My Actifit Report Card: January 24 2019

I almost went to bed without posting which would have sucked because I passed 6000 steps today.

The extra steps came from an extra shift at work. Nothing fancy, just an extra 2 hours in the evening. I worked 7 hours instead of five today and made a nice little production bonus.

Still, the best part was walking more!
