My Actifit Report Card: July 30 2019
Still much to do in the garden but today, my body did not think shoveling and schlepping of heavy buckets was a good idea today.
I had gotten up early to get some work done before the sun was up. I needed to do a bunch of stretching to get going.
Later, around lunchtime, I was so tired that I took a nap. Not long enough it seemed. I was hurting all over. More resting was in order - and of course some harvesting 😀
