E também podemos fazer desporto durante um dia de trabalho.Pode ser depois de acordar, saltando e esticando um pouco (5 a 10m).Pode ser no caminho para a escola/trabalho (5 a 10m).Pode ser no trabalho: andar, subir/descer escadas, transportar pesos,... (5 a 10m).Pode ser depois do almoço, andar um pouco, apanhar ar (5 a 10m).Pode ser no caminho de regresso para casa (5 a 10m).Pode ser depois do jantar, andar um pouco, ajuda a fazer a digestão (5 a 10m).Por isso, vamos todos fazer desporto. 😎😎Hoje trago-vos 2 fotos da bela vila de Sintra, em Lisboa-Portugal.
