My Actifit Today: September 25 2019
I started the day with a good swim. It has been a long time since I swam with the morning sun shining brightly in the sky. How I missed this.
Then, it was a whole day out with a friend in need. I spent the time becoming a listening ear and tried to make her feel better by bringing her out for a pampering session. There were lots of tears and laughter too.
When I came home, some chores were waiting for me and I was on a roll because the day was ending. No time to waste. I just went on cleaning, washing, mopping and laundry. Who knew becoming a listening ear can be time consuming and tiring like this but I am glad that I was there for her, even for a little bit.
