My Actifit Today : August 3 2019
A hazy day outside and it rained in the afternoon. Staying indoors was good, I managed to move around at home quite a bit, collecting, folding and keeping the laundry, washing caps and mats.
In the evening, it was some quality time with my family, having dinner at an Italian restaurant and finished with a Japanese soft serve ice cream. Yummm.
As night falls, it was winding down time, watching Avengers, The End Game. What a movie to watch to wind down 😜. I decided to rest from posting much today and just a short Actifit diary for the day.
