Walk, walk and sweat it all out..
It was raining cats and dogs in the evening but I went to the gym anyways. It was very tempting to just lie down and nap while watching the telly but I pushed myself to change and walk to the gym. It was a good decision, eventhough it was just a 30 minutes walk. Hey, every minute counts, right :)? This elevation thing is really effective in getting a good workout.
