Al igual que ayer, continuo sin correr por lo del viernes (mi operación de hombro). Esta actividad se corresponde a andar por la calle y la oficina. Estoy deseando correr :-(

As yesterday, I continue without running because of Friday (my shoulder operation). This activity corresponds to walking on the street and the office. I'm looking forward to running :-(
