My Actifit Report Card: December 29 2019
Mi mancava proprio un bel principio d'influenza nel finale di questo balordo 2019, maldigola, difficoltà di deglutizione, raffreddore, tosse, malditesta intermittente, all'appello al momento non risponde la febbre, e speriamo che stia bene distante, non avrei proprio voglia anche di lei...
Oggi passi ridotti al minimo, ho fatto molte volte avanti e indietro nelle mattonelle di casa, solo in un paio d'occasioni ho messo il naso fuori, anche in considerazione del fatto che ci sono 2-3 gradi di temperatura...
