My Actifit Report Card: March 4 2019
Amazingly I didn't have to shovel today. I am not sure how long that will last but I'll take it where I can get it.
It was cold, but I managed to get out for a walk during work. And I had to make multiple trips across my building which helped get some steps.
After work I made it to the gym and walked some laps before heading to the store for a couple food items.
Now I am being purred at and told to go to sleep so the kitties can curl up with me. Seems like a good idea.
